Skiers may start between noon and 1 pm.\nWhy: Explore the trails with friends and family at a recreational pace (Dining all the way!)\nTo be sure we prepare enough food for everyone….TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED by 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 10, 2023\n​\n\n\n\n\n\nTicket Prices\n$28 per person ages 11 & older\n$15 per person 10 & under.\nFree for children not skiing or snowshoeing (in carriers or chariots)\nIncludes food and water at 4 stops along the course. \nAll participants must pay in advance to participate in the Taste of the Trails.\nAll participants MUST have a Rendezvous Ski Trail pass. Trail passes can be purchased for $15/day at the Kiosk located by the trailhead arch. Passes can also be purchased at Freeheel and Wheel, or the Hebgen Lake Ranger Station during business hours.\n****Trail Pass price is not included in the registration fee.\n\nCheck in for all participants will be on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 11:45 am to 1:00 pm at the Rendezvous Trailhead. Please bring your Rendezvous Trail season pass with you or be prepared to purchase a pass for $15/person. Passes will be checked. Event limited to 120 participants (and tends to sell out every year).\nSnowshoers must start between 11:45 – 12:00 pm (noon). Skiers may start between 12:00 pm (noon) and 1:00 pm. Please make note of closing times for each station.\nWAYS TO PURCHASE TICKETS:\n​\n\n\nTickets\n\n\n \nTaste of the Trails is designed to encourage skiers of all ages and abilities to try cross-country skiing in a simple and festive format. A 5 km (3.1 mile) course will take skiers and snowshoers around the Rendezvous Ski Trails. Four feed stations are staffed by volunteers and offer snacks and beverages to participating skiers. Skiers can casually stride from station to station, revel in the winter landscapes, refuel with friends and explore the trails in a relaxed, noncompetitive atmosphere. All skiers and snowshoers must have a Rendezvous Ski Trails pass. More information in blue writing above.\n~ The course will start at the Trailhead Building at the Rendezvous Ski Trails, through the In & Out Trail to the main junction.\nFeed Station #1 will be located near the large trail map and will feature appetizers. Feed Station #1 will close at 1:45 pm.\n~Skiers will then be directed along Rendezvous Loop on Washburn Cut-Off to\n​Feed Station #2, The Soup Station.\nFeed Station #2 will close at 2:30 pm.\n~ Continue on Rendezvous Loop which will bring you back to the Biathlon Range and Taylor Fork Cabin for Feed Station #3, the main course and a campfire to huddle around.\nFeed Station #3 will close at 3:15 pm.\n~The final leg of the course will return to the trailhead building via Purple Haze where\nFeed Station #4, dessert, music, a campfire and a party atmosphere will be waiting!\nFeed Station #4 will close at 4:00 PM.\nTaste of the Trails is a unique ski experience with a friendly environment and fun, festive atmosphere.  All visitors are warmly welcomed to West Yellowstone and invited to explore other local cross-country ski trails.  We encourage groups of all abilities to ski together!\n
