You are invited to participate in the 45th annual Yellowstone Rendezvous Race on March 2nd, 2024 in West Yellowstone, Montana. There are six different races to choose from depending on your age and ability: 2K, 5K, 10K, 25K classic, 25K and 50K. The six races are run concurrently and skiers of all ages and abilities participate every year. The Rendezvous Race is the culmination of cross country ski racing in our region and, as the name implies, it is a reunion of old timers and new comers alike who have trained and skied on our trail system for years or who are skiing here for the first time. Run on the beautifully groomed, rolling terrain of the Rendezvous Ski Trails, there is no better way to celebrate the end of the winter season than to ski in the Yellowstone Rendezvous Race!\nRegistration closes at noon MST on Thursday, February 29, 2024.\nThank you to our race sponsors:\nThe Yellowstone Rendezvous Race Committee is following FIS and USSA guidelines in prohibiting the use of Fluorinated Waxes for the 2024 Rendezvous Race. ​\nAll participants MUST have a Rendezvous Ski Trail pass before race day. Passes can be purchased at The Rendezvous Trailhead kiosk, Freeheel and Wheel,the Hebgen Lake Ranger Station during business hours.\nPass price is not included in the registration fee.\nThe 2024 Yellowstone Rendezvous Race will once again be part of the American Ski Marathon Series – North America’s longest-running and largest citizen’s racing and touring series – that highlights long distance ski events throughout the country. In the past, the race has attracted over 800 skiers and we are hoping to top that this coming year. For a complete set of results, click on the “Results” tab at the top of the page. We hope that you will register for this season’s race today and come see all that West Yellowstone has to offer.\nThe Yellowstone Rendezvous Race organizers and volunteers thank you for your participation in this outstanding cross country ski event. During the week before the race, skiers flock to West Yellowstone to scope out the race course and to take advantage of the race’s proximity to Yellowstone National Park.
