DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSchedule of Events for 2025 Rod Run\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFriday – August 1st\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION:\n\nRegistration will be open Friday August 1st from 9am to 4pm\n Participant Registration (Click here to register early online) ( http://westyellowstonerodrun.com/registration/ ) and Check-In is located at the Town Park, Dunraven Street.\n\nPOKER RIDE:\n\nThe Poker Ride will be Friday At 11am.\nCheck in is Friday at 10am at the Town Park.\nParticipation is limited to the first 100 participants to register. (Click here to register early online) ( http://westyellowstonerodrun.com/registration/ )\nThe Participation Fee is $18 per person and includes a stop for lunch.\nThe Poker Ride will leave town from the Town Park.\nThe cut off date for Registration for the Poker Run will be July 15th. Be sure to register BEFORE July 15th if you would like to participate.\n\nLIVE BAND:\n\nFriday Night there will be Music in the park.  Starts at 7 pm until 10 pm\nFree of charge\n\nDon’t miss out on this great opportunity to socialize with great people!\nDisclaimer: Events subject to change.\n\n\n\n\n\nSaturday – August 2nd\n\nALL DAY – Parade, Music, Vendors, Food and Fun for all – TOWN PARK\n8:00am – Noon:\n\nParticipant Registration (Click here to register early online) ( http://westyellowstonerodrun.com/registration/ ) and Check-In at the Town Park, Dunraven Street\n\n9:00am:\n\nParade!\nCome early and reserve your spot in the Town Park so you can participate in the parade. Park will open at 7:00am.\nLine up for the parade will be start @ 8:30am.\nThere will be a special award given for the Best in Parade!\nBring a bag of candy to throw to audience that will line the streets! It is a Tradition!\n\n10:00am:\n\nStart of Show-N-Shine in Town Park\n\n11:00am – 1:00pm:\n\nParticipant Poker Walk – One Poker Card per Registered Car\nExtra cards can be purchased for additional $$ – Winners awarded at Award Ceremony\n\n12:30pm – 2:30pm:\n\nLive Music\n\n3:00pm:\n\nParticipants Award Ceremony – TOWN PARK (Weather permitting)\n\nRaffle open from 10:00am to 2:00pm:\n\nWe will have a participants raffle until 1pm on Saturday.\nThe winners will be announced at the Participants Awards Ceremony at 3pm on Saturday!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
