West Yellowstone Front Line Local Host Training
Destination Yellowstone’s Annual Front Line Local Host Training will be held on Wednesday, May 31st from 9-11AM or 3-5PM at the Holiday Inn. This year we will once again have the training available in two different times slots to accommodate work schedules. Sign up yourselves and staff today for FREE! All attendees will receive a survival packet.
This hands-on workshop and training is designed to help you and your employees understand the importance of great customer management, understanding where to go to get the West Yellowstone specific information needed and valuable tips for succeeding in our summer season. The training and activities pertain specifically to West Yellowstone with a “Summer Survival Kit” of resources and features local activities, attractions, and restaurants.
