The Rendezvous Trails, located on the southwest edge of West Yellowstone, offer more than 35 kilometers of beautifully maintained terrain for cross-country skiers of all abilities. From gentle rolling hills to more challenging climbs, descents, and winding turns, the trail system provides a memorable experience set against the stunning backdrop of lodgepole pine forests, open meadows, and nearby Lionhead Mountain.

Regularly groomed throughout the winter season, the trails are renowned for their exceptional conditions and are maintained through a partnership between the U.S. Forest Service, Destination Yellowstone, and the West Yellowstone Ski Education Foundation. A children’s play hill and local telemark hill are also part of the system, making the area a favorite for families and winter recreation enthusiasts alike. Trail passes are required from November 1 through March 31.
