Yellowstone Snowcoach Tours

Snowcoach Tours in Yellowstone National Park

Snowcoaches (vehicles with tracks or large overinflated tires) are one of the two options for motorized travel into Yellowstone’s wintry interior during the months of December to March (from the West Entrance). Snowcoaches, which depart daily, offer expert local guides and a warm, comfortable setting.

Daily tour options travel to Old Faithful or the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone waterfall area. Also available are specialty photography tours and combination snowcoach/ski or snowcoach/snowshoe tours with time to explore trails to thermal features and backcountry areas within Yellowstone Park. Reservations are required, and you can purchase a single seat or reserve a private snowcoach for your family or group.
