The West Yellowstone Ambulance service is operated by the Hebgen Basin Fire District (HBFD), providing 24/7 emergency medical response to the town and surrounding basin area. The service is primarily based out of Station 1 in West Yellowstone, which is staffed around the clock by a combination of full-time paramedics and EMT/firefighters to handle both local emergencies and mutual aid requests for Yellowstone National Park.
